All orders are shipped with Swedish Post services (Postnord).
We accept all major bank cards, including VISA, Master Card, Maestro, American Express and also PayPal.
Card payments are securely processed with Stripe. When you submit your card data on our website, we deliver it in encrypted form to payment processor. We do not store any customer bank card data.
Returns and Exchanges
We have made every effort to present as accurately as possible the colors and patterns of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display product’s color with the 100% accuracy. Therefore to ensure the best shopping experience with us, we offer friendly return and exchange policy.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please, contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original conditions (not used or damaged) and original packaging (the box, envelope or bag in which it was sent, with all Post Office notes on it) to ensure they are good protected in transportation. Packaging box should also be protected as it is considered as part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Please, contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return your order. Your money will be refunded within 14 days (see conditions in the last paragraph below) after receiving the merchandise and completing the quality check procedure. Please note, that the we reserve the right to refuse return of a damaged, worn or used merchandise. The order should be returned within 14 days after it was received.
You will need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend to use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
*Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or the PayPal account. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Please read the PayPal refund conditions.
Our accessories are made with carefully selected materials and handwork makes them artistically imperfect, thus unique and special. We believe that any wearing marks are part of the charm and story rather than fault, showing that product is used and loved. However, we kindly advise to follow our product care tips, so that your Laimushka bag or jewellery ages beautifully and prolongs your enjoyment. Keep your accessory in the dust bag or box for protection during storage.
Avoid contact with dye-transferring materials, as regular frictions can leave strains on light leather and fabric.
Ensure your pillow-bag is not heavily pressed while storing, so that it can keep its puffed shape.
Do not overfill your handbag, as it may lose shape.
Take particular care when using embellished accessories as they are especially delicate and scuffing may damage or dislodge embellishments.
Avoid exposing your accessory to water, oils, fragrance or make-up.
Over time you may see creasing or colour changes, all of that are natural properties of leather. Avoid constant exposure to harsh light, as it can cause fading of the colour.
